METHOD Innovation Partners Inc has 40 years of plastics manufacturing experience. More recently we quickly adapted our tooling to produce a full line of PPE face shields for essential front line workers. Our in-house design team has made several design improvements to bring you our current line up.

Our PPE face shields are made with .030 clear FDA certified plastic which is thicker than most for durability as we want our face shields to last as long as possible. Reusing our shields is paramount in reducing the waste issues created by single-use PPE. In addition, METHOD’s ability to create custom solutions gives us the option to expand our shield line even further as different industry needs are required. See our full range below.

Our METHOD FS1 face shield is our standard shield. These are great for general use and popular with food processors, service industries and office workers. We offer our FS2 shield which is 2" longer for added face coverage and allows you to move it further away from your face. We offer head band padding for both models. They can be ordered fully assembled ready to use or unassembled which ships flat packed to save on shipping.

METHOD’s HH Hard Hat Series Compatible PPE Face Shields are a patent pending design that allows the user to attach it to any industry standard hard hat with slots on the side. These come fully assembled ready to use. The standard HH4 allows you to pivot the shield away from the face over 140 degrees. We offer shorter versions (6" & 7"). They are also compatible with most ear muffs. Our HH series shields work with most fully brimmed hard hats. These shields are popular with major meat / food processors, construction and oil/gas companies.

METHOD’s HH1 Hard Hat Compatible Face Shield is a patent pending design that allows the user to attach it to any industry standard hard hat with slots on the side. These come fully assembled ready to use. The standard HH1 allows you to pivot the shield away from the face over 90 degrees. They are also compatible with most ear muffs. Our HH1 works with most fully brimmed hard hats. These shields are popular with major meat / food processors, construction and oil/gas companies.

METHOD's BC1 Bump Cap Face Shield is a patent pending design that allows the user to attach it to any industry standard bump caps with vent holes on the side. These come partially assembled ready to be riveted to your bump caps. A basic rivet run is required to install the shields. The standard BC1 allows you to pivot the shield away from the face over 90 degrees. These are popular with major food processors.
